Fingerlakes Web Design & SEO is a small business web design company that is located in the heart of the Fingerlakes Region of Upstate New York. The Fingerlakes Region is known for its many vineyards, wineries, and fine wines. It is also a coveted tourist spot, with many summer cottages surrounding the five 'finger' lakes.

I grew up here, and many times I have felt blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful area year-round. The ground here is rich also, making it an excellent location for farmers, dairies, and gardening. My husband and I, and our two young children, have a large organic garden ourselves, where we raise most of our winter's supply of vegetables.

I have learned that if I do not like the look of a website, that fact will not change. I might as well take a bit of time and install a different theme, etc. Changing themes is quick and easy. After installing a new theme, depending on how much customization is needed, all that is necessary is to tweak a few things here and there, until everyone is happy with it.

Another example: www.bestgamereviews.com  This domain name is too general. Try one that is more specific, and one that is more likely to have less competition.

As you'll notice, I put in the name of a specific game, the Set Game; after I did the keyword research, and discovered that there were 14,000 people searching for the Set Game every month.

In case you are wondering about the difference between the prefixes, http://  (or)  www. – there is none, really. It is generally something that is decided by the web-hosting company you use. And the suffixes, like .com – .us – .net – .org, these can be chosen according to your preferences and needs, but it is usually advised to go with .com,  .net  or  .org, for the best results.
